I don't defraud with you! sick your services, very bad support. I have just made payment my money earning. Result "User Disabled"...sick
and I want to say "Be Careful" to Everyone before make payout with fileserve !!!

@ ven666detta: You should hit it before it turn 12. My recommendation. Some users got upset because they pushed payout at 2AM on a Monday and didn't get paid. Don't want to see you angry

@ sk0rpi0nas: Yes if you don't want your files deleted after 60 days of last download. If you've been a Premium for 1 year and your files haven't been downloaded for 8 months and you turn FREE, you got 24 hours to become a Premium again

I'm quite frankly confused by this too. You can say the same thing for ANY user and then just disable their account without an explanation given. It almost looks like "if you make too much money too quick you are not like the other affiliates who use our services and don't make much money at all, so we have to ban you for this". I'm quite getting paranoid seeing so many people disabled and banned and I'm not even doing nothing bad.

Yeah because of IDM im able to resume but I dont like having to resume 10+ times.
If It was regular user they would just download from somewhere else.

 

I had someone who tried to defraud Fileserve by hacking my account and then making seem like their innocent. Its hard to trust anyone by what they say.

 

That's absolutely wrong. We do 4 figure transactions to users. And there's quite a few making this every week. We have NO ISSUE paying out big bucks to users who make it legitimately. When you start trying to fcuk with our back-end system by referring yourself and making the extra 25%, you're out for a treatment of getting kicked in the arse.

The problem with DP is that they find us here. You never noticed that these users have just created an account. They have the CHEEK to ask why they've been disabled, when they clearly know English and to read the warning we give them about referring themselves.

@RiskyFS: Its a wireless connection. I guess that may be the problem but I never experienced anything like this from other filehosts. Its like fileserve disconnects and doesnt reconnect to a new mirror on its own. I have to manually do it.

@ stan33: As you can see the truth usually reveals itself, when the possibility for playing stupid (e.g. vdykhiem) is voided when questions get asked We don't ban people WITHOUT a solid reason and that's by trying to defraud us.

@ TRE2K4: Behind a linksys wireless? I (honestly) still haven't tried "extensive" 0 KB/sec. It's been like 1/100 files, in which I suspect could have been my line getting slapped by someone else playing COD4 online or something

 

Same happens on my wireless and lan connection, but downloads that had trouble yesterday download fine today

 

Its fine if the file isnt too big but when I trying to download a big file and sleep on and having it to stop, it can be annoying

 

@RickyFS : I was very legitimate and real with his service, I was never recounted of my same one, always I have spoken and defended his service in many forums and now they go out for me with this?, I do not deal really for that me desabilitaron is the only one server that I use, rightly not tape-worm money in my paypal because of it a friend I cancel myself 6 account months premium, but I am I the one that occupies her. I do not understand it demand an explanation.

@RickyFS: Thanks for your reply in PM... I've tested a lot of file sharing services for the last 2 years. I'm testing Fileserve now for 2 days and I have to say you are inn my TOP 3 list right now, actually I really thing to move all my file to Fileserve and use your service only (or maybe with filesonic, depending the "bug" resolving agenda )

The most important thing for me is your FILE MANAGER... In 2 years this is the most powerful file manager I see. Really great and fluent (and when you are coming from filesonic it's really heaven)...

I continue my test and upload some GB, but if everything is still going on that way and if the money is growing I'll switch to you definitely!

When the purchase does from the paypal of my friend my user's name I change.

I have not realized anything out of the normas, the friend that I buy myself the months of premium is the owner of fenixleech "snork" = "cibercrysis"
The alone one I cancel with his paypal the months of premium nothing mas
