If I made Payoneer my partner in the web page to take in charge for the funds,as the only e-payments solution,it will work? I´m in Argentina and dont want Mail check´s payment, just someone to add the money in some account,so I can retire it with a Card here in my coutry.i´ll apreciate some real answer.Walter

I would suggest you use Plimus. They are an e-processor and they issue Payoneer mastercards. I use this option and it works very well for me.

Payoneer is great dont get me wrong, as long as you have a large website and plan on investing a grand or so in card designs and what not through them, if not, just use Plimus, much cheaper.
