Our first payouts are being sent on the 21st and I can promise you everyone will be getting their money! By gateways are you meaning something such as CPALead offers? We do not (yet) allow any incentive traffic, but when we do I'll update. You'll be able to know what offers allow the incentive traffic, the category they'll be placed under will clearly state it. BHCB (I believe) will force traffic to complete an offer before accessing a web site. That would be incentive.
Actually, BHCB waits on a "click" from the user's end, then has a timer that starts counting down, then the gateway closes. So, no postback or anything so they don't *have* to do one... but they think they do. Still kind of pseudo-incentive, just wanted to be clear on how it works.

Do Zip/email submits you got actually convert after first page after giving the needed information? i mean most of them ask you to buy something as well when you are redirected to 2nd page or later. 2. Do you charge any fees for wire transfer to banks(international) ?

Thank you! I'd say roughly 90% of our email submits convert after the first name and email has been submitted. The ZIP submits usually require a little more. If you'd like a more narrow clarification, I recommend signing up and getting in touch with your AM. We do charge wire fees, our international wire fee is $45 unfortunately. We offer payment via PayPal for international affiliates as well, and the fees attached to that would be much lower. I checked just a moment ago and saw that Aran approved you. We look forward to paying you.
Have you guys looked into doing a masspay through Paypal? That way the recipients don't have any charges at all and it only costs you guys $1 (for everyone you're sending to, not $1 per user but $1 *total).
I was actually looking into that and I'm glad you brought it up. I've had people ask for payment via mass pay before when only paying a single person and I've refused based on the PayPal terms (as you'll only supposed to use it as the name says, for mass payments) but thank you very much for a great point and reminder. It should be very easy to import all PayPal payments into the mass pay format, so a $1 fee is something we're willing to eat ourselves to pay affiliates by PayPal. I've brought this up with a member of the LP team responsible for payouts and we're good to go.

Yep, our network manager is currently waiting on a phone call from the advertisers. After he gets in contact with them it should be set up as soon as possible.
