Well yeah, it's like that. My RU works like every 12 hours or so. I guess filesonic doesn't have enough resources to cater to all of us at once.

Right now, the annoying thing for me is that their ftp server always has the maximum number of users logged in these days. Even if I manage to sign in by luck, by the time my uploads reach 100%, number of users is full again and my uploads got failed. damn!

 

More servers are on the way, so there is hope. 'Til then just gotta wait for the slack times, eh?

 

what is the point of uploading more file if the downloads are not getting counted?

Best wait until they get the site functioning i guess.

 

My referrals are back in my account but don't see referral's statistic for past 2 days and missing statistics for 13 August

Any size of my files downloaded in country group D is counted 1 point
I think this make me lost much money

instead of logging in, click on forgot password, get the temporary one and change it back to what you want, and it should work, I had that error for 2 days till I changed my password and havent had a problem since

 

I have read through about 30 pages of this thread I can not understand why yall want to keep using this crappy files host when it has problems around every turn there are other file host that do not have these problems & run just fine. Trying to make money off a file host is lame you know sooner or later every singal file host is gonna scam you by stop paying when they run out of money so just save the trouble & just use a file host for uploading files Nothing elese. The time and effort to make $100 from them is not even close to worth it go get a real job & make $1500 for the same amount of time it would take to make $100 from a file host

There isn't the option to search file in Filesonic. I uploaded many files and I find it so difficult!

 

Statistics seem not to be live. Today I'm still getting points updated from 2 days before. So, if downloads don't happen immediately that doesn't mean that they were not recorded.

That is true. I have noticed that too. Should be looked at.

 

I have zero sales for 2 days in a row, i've never had this bad sales ever i think the logging is offline right now... zero in two days, and before that i sold atleast 2-3 accounts each day for 40 days in a row (the time i've been on sm)

I hope they can fix it.

 

When will fix the site ?

If you cant login clear cookies and go to sharingmatrix.com on mozilla opera etc..... then log in
