What do you guys think about importing posts from other forums?
Is it uneitical, maybe, but there is a big difference between
uneitical and illegal, and i see nothing that say posts are
copyright content, such as articles, scripts, software, etc...

    What do you guys think?

Copyrights are automatic upon creation - no filing is required, no copyright notice is required. If you didn't create it, you need express permission to use it, otherwise it is copyright infringement - which can be a criminal charge, as well as subject you to a civil suit.

Only when it is your own post or the person has given you permission to repost it somewhere.

I have seen many people copy post from one board and claim it to be their own. its wrong just dont do it

Big words, little meaning..but I understand what you are saying, I am also confered with my hosting, and they agreed.
"stolen content" is like a daily way of life on the internet these days, but I think if I want to be more unique, then
just use unique content from the start....

You started a thread in the legal section and it was obvious you haven't the slightest clue about copyright law. If you didn't want a legal answer, then don't post in the legal section. It takes about 5 minutes to file a DMCA. If you host in the US, your host will either block your content or terminate your account. Google, Yahoo, MSN will remove your site from their index. You'll lose your adsense account. Stealing from others may be your way of life, but that doesn't make it right or legal.
