Home page redirects to Archives page - help?

    I updated a blog I haven't used in a while to the latest 3.01 WP version. Did some other stuff and stupid me, of course I didn't back things up.

    The home page redirect to /archives and no matter what I try I can't get it to STOP.

    Any help would be appreciated

    I checked ur web. It does so. have you installed redirection plugin? or related to this? If yes, deactivate this. I also installed and having same problem but now when i disabled it, my site working fine,

    disable all plugins and check the site

    yeah the redirection plugin caused it. I've used it for a long time too. This is the ONLY site this has ever happened on. Had to remove the dumb thing.
