nothing work normally .... i am so angry on filesonic because i cant upload nothing

 

FS-SUPPORT!!! What about compensation on this week? Answer me please, it principle question!

 

Im going to complain, i want a free premium account, the trouble never ends ever ends with this new site, i hate it!!

Loosing hope now that even premium sales isn't being logged anymore, god help us what is happening.

The same with me, and missing statistics for 13 August is clear.

I had over 100 referrals but now only 16

 

y the earning is so low in filesonic at the time of sharingmatrix i got $ 5 per 1000 points but wen it becomes filesonic it starting sucking me
i recieve $ 5 per 5000 points, why the earning is so low.......

 

File Manager has been fixed (I can move files, and it is fast for now). But can you answer my this questions Filesonic-IT:

1) Can you add files download's count in filemanager (like old filemanager)?
2) Why RATE is lower than before?

Because the point system changed. 1000 SM = 5000 FS.

 

How can you move files?? I click the move button nothing happens still... Firefox latest version..

1) can anyone tell me where I can see my total point I have?
2) If I have a premium account, all uploaded file whcih never been delete before I buy the premium from filesonic?
3) If I use trade in point to buy a premium account, that mean I reduce 5000 points but not $5 in my total unpaid amout or reduce $5 and 5000 points at the same time. whcih one?

I can move files with using CHROME. I didnt try on Firefox. But Move Box appear under Chrome's buttons. If you drag page to up with using mouse you can see all Move Box.

And Filesonic page is really fast today.

I don't believe you can at present on the new site.

You would think they would. However, all my files are listed as "Premium: No" regardless of if I upp'd as a free or premium user (and deletion date is not given on new site). Another bug? Will have to wait for an answer from FileSonic-IT on this one.

Correct, but it will not be reflected in your earnings column. You'll just be paid $5 less on Friday.

 

until now has not got cash to 6.08 by the paid and made to pay nothing ..... this site cheats

 

Guess i'll have to install crome then to use the move feature for now, it does not work at all in firefox 3.

Statistics still 0 for aug 15 and today, i hope filesonic is keeping track of our sales/download statistics

I'm actually starting to support the idea of filesonic just shutting down the entire site for a few days to iron out ALL BUGS once and for all, but i guess you can't solve bugs without having constant pressure on the system and get feedback from it... Hope it will all work soon atleast..

Im getting this really annoying bug today where my files isn't showing up in the file manager after i upload them, it's the worst.

 

cancel that, MOVE WORKS NOW !! YEEES! had to clear my cookies and everything to get the fresh scripts to load

 

Did this:

Filezilla says 5 successful transfers.

Leads to only 1 file in file manager.

I have NO problems with FTP to HOTFILE.
