Just be sure that if you go to jail that the wrong word doesn't get spread and cons think that you are a child molester, they don't treat them well in any prison of the world.
this has "fake" written all over it. But the steps I would take would be 1 - Stop putting anything about it here or online, delete or edit all your posts ANYWHERE in regards to it. Kind of like defamation, if you talk about it in anyway, even denial, is enough for admission of guilt 2 - Get a lawyer, tell them everything you can, but only answer the questions they ask! This is very very important. You should always only answer the questions a lawyer asks you, whether in court or in consultation. Only go deeper if they ask you to. The simple reason is, that if you tell them something extra, they can no longer deny it for you, even if it doesnt seem like that much to you, it is sometimes enough for them to legally be obliged to mention it. The basic idea is plausable denial. If you are guilty and they ask you point blank if you are, then tell them you are and answer the questions they ask you. They will then decide whether to fight for a lesser sentence or fight for getting you off. You will basically have two choices and by now you should already know them. They may be saying Plead guilty and get a lenient sentence or Plead not guilty and take it to court. Basically I think the whole story is complete and utter BS. The girl would have had to have made a compaint or her parents for this to even be going to court and the story you have described would get probation at worst!
I know, even if I was guilty I do think it's unfair that I'd have to pay for it for the rest of my life and she got grounded for a couple weeks. What had happened was there was some msn conversations that "supposedly" came from me and her parents gave the logs to the cops. Anyways, I'm not going any further into it since Danny is right, though I cannot edit most of my posts anymore so it's sort of stuck that way :S I didn't want to exactly say what it was earlier because I didn't wanna get it all into a legal thing going, I wanted to keep it purely emotional support. You came into this thread worrying about a felony conviction and after people that know better gave you advice to shut up and deal with it privately through your lawyer...Instead you taunt the people trying to help you. You had sexual contact with a minor which you admitted in this thread so even if all of the evidence is thrown out, your admission on this thread can be used against you. With all the info contained here, the prosecution can easily request that the IP also be provided therefore linking the postings in this thread to your computer. They can then get an order for your new computer and prove you made the actual posts. Either you aren't actual facing a felony (which Im starting to think) or you are really stupid. Get smart, leave this thread alone and take care of your business!
Its interesting how much info one can obtain for somthing as simple as a IP address or a e-mail. Its not hard to go to www.whois.com (or somthing similar). Pop in a IP address and get a guys full name and address. From there its not hard to find pictures and furthur information on a given person. I think we should all be careful what we write, and upload to the internet. Even more so important to anyone underage. In this case he didn't use a free email so you can tell his domain. He also used his initials in his user name so that further verified the whois Once you have a name and address its actually scary the amount of info available. A quick search of Google News also brings up all kinds of info.

You're deluding yourself, kid. Head in the sand stuff going on with you. You need to get serious and realistic and do it quick. There are angry, angry parents behind this - do you think they are going to let it go? Not a chance!
