Hey, Filesonic-IT, will the site be bug-free by Christmas?
Seriously, you should have just created a new site starting from zero, instead of changing sharingmatrix...

 

why the stats are way tooooooo low, im uploading so many files and i cant see the difference, why im earning less than i was with sharingmatrix???

 

either the download stats are incorrect or the vast majority of downloaders have finally decided to give up on FS.

 

I've been chanting "be patient. be patient, be patient" to myself for some time now. There have been days I have been optimistic and had kind words for FS and then it seems that two step forward have been countered by another step back and I become pessimistic. Well, I think I have reached the end of my patience and it may be time to move on. I cannot really see an end in sight, my earnings are trashed and the other hosts I have been sampling the past couple days are just as good as SM used to be. I haven't quite broke yet, but I can see it coming. Two weeks is waaayyy too long and says something about the management. Two weeks is too long to simply be tracking bugs. If it were only bugs they would have this wrapped up by now with a competent staff. I fear the probs go much deeper.

 

Indeed this is one mysterious day! I guess all our buyers were on holiday ;p

 

moving files now seems to work. little bit slow, but it works.

I uploaded a file today that is having viral feedback on all the message boards I've posted it into!

Several people claimed to have downloaded the file and are commenting on it!

And I have 0 downloads on my stats!!!


It says there that it takes 30 minutes to update, I'm checking back for over 5 hours, and still nothing!!!

Anyone?

The lack of alive statistics means fraud.

It should finish processing in the next couple of hours.

There are very few affiliate programs that show stats in real time when they have large volume. Again, if you have trust issues, you're with the wrong file host. We have a stellar reputation for honesty and fairness, and I'm willing to lose one affiliate who doesn't trust us.

To everybody else, accusations of fraud will not be tolerated or dignified with an answer from now on. Those of you who think that, by accusing us, they will get a reaction are greatly mistaken. Most of those throwing around accusations of fraud know that they are absolutely baseless, but are not mature enough to know that false accusations are useless.

To all of you who are beating up on FileSonic and its management, I assure you that you are not helping.

What is most strange about this is that half the complaints about 'bugs' I've been getting are not really bugs. About 25 people per day complaining that they don't receive points for sales, when they're on pay-per-download. Half of remote upload issues are caused by HotFile uploads, which we told you is something HotFile is blocking. And so on an so forth.

I understand that the site is not perfect, but I also know how far along it has come since the launch. I am confident that FileSonic will become one of the biggest (if not THE biggest) file host out there. I hope that most of you will stick around to be part of this future success.

If you'd like to stay with us, you will be greatly rewarded because we know what we can do with this site in a very short period of time (check the growth of SharingMatrix since March, for example). If you are frustrated, we at least request some decency instead of the regular bashing we've been getting (including swearing, cursing and all kinds of other destructive comments).

In short: if you are willing to help us out, please continue to do so by providing clear example of issues. We usually work on fixing whatever we can very quickly, and we've resolved a big chunk of them. PMs are the best way to reach us. Please keep this thread limited to those real issues, rather than voicing your general discontentment.

Thank you to the affiliates who remain loyal and civilized. You will be GREATLY rewarded.

LOL! Filesonic staff finally cracked up... I knew this moment would come, I just never thought it would be so soon...
I shouldn't be surprised, I guess. Too much stress can do that to a person.

 

FileSonic-IT why it´s forbidden again for free users download bigger files (+ 400MB)! Could you tell me if this is limit will be definitive? I want to know because if affirmative, i´m finally run away of FSC now! FSC nowadays is the hosting with more bugs i have seen. A few days ago, i join FileSoniC because it has good speeds for free users, no limits for big files & better rates than Fileserve. But since this last changes & problems...

Please answer me quickly i have to upload around 500GB and i want to know if i should use FileSoniC or no... Thanks
