I need to know how can I increase page rank for this website

You don't need any help just use your keywords as anchor text in blogs, forum, directories, sm etc. and after 30, 50 posts you will eventually get PR 3 or 4

Yes, I think you can fix it but just adding some significant text around your keywords. Add an H1 tag with your desired keywords as well.

Google search "Page Rank" its pretty technical at the end, but really helps you grasp what PR is. SEOwm - your tool is great! And second, often poor internal linking structure can results in what I call "PR bleeding" try to only have 3 or so do follow links on your home page so you don't bleed out the incoming link juice. look for your competitors and check for their backlinks and get all do follow back put you links to their site. in that way you will get more backlinks and increase you PR.
