Selling Blog making $8 dollars a month.

I'm selling the site: blinking182.com. This domain is less than one month old, but the blog used to be on the domain, blink-ing.info, but I got a .com and got rid of the .info. IT has somehow made me $8 dollars in the 1 1/2 months I have had it. I have done minimum advertising to it as well.

Also guys, no adsense is presently on the site because, as you can see, I removed the previous theme. The placement for the ad was in every post and in the header right before the first post.

Some posts say they are from August 2009, but that's no true. The blog started a month and a half ago, so ignore that.

It's registered with Namecheap with a free push. There's no bin or reserve on this, so highest bid in a week will get this. You also get a forum theme that was custom coded for the site that cost almost $45 bucks, this site is a deal.

Well, I wouldn't say no advertising. I have a method that I do for all my sites to create backlinks and once I did so I was able to accumulate some nice earnings from the site. Once I stopped, however, the earnings went down. I removed the old theme because I was planning on creating a new one, but I don't have time for this. The new owner should be aware that $8 is not guaranteed per month, but you should be able to make some money off of this.

 

Just the blog for sale, not the forum? How can you sell the domain and the blog content without the forum? I am very interested in this sale if you can confirm exactly what I get.
