Gateway timeout on any files recently uploaded,please fix it.

Domain sales have a bug. It counts sales in case if referrer link doesn't contain www like this h**p://somedomain.com/somelinks/blabla
If referrer link has www like this h**p://www.somedomain.com/somelinks/blabla The stats doesn't count sales at all. So, please fix it asap. I've already loose one domain sale due to this bug and want my money for that.

Why the RATE is lower than old system (Sharingmatrix). I m getting $2.19 for 240 downloads. But I was getting about 3.2$ for 240 downloads on old system. Almost all my files size is 200+ MB.

I am not receiving any notification (email) when files are being removed by your system Filesonic, please fix this asap.

 

I have also found this problem. I am sure there are some changes with RATE.

Please fix statistics first.

This happens to every file i remote upload as well. I did report the bug last week but the bug is still there

Why you cant stabilize downloads of old and new links. Getting Error all the time.
Also IDM crashes everytime i attempt to download from filesonic.

Filesonic-IT please make sure to write down the issue with moving of files through the file manager using firefox 3, nothing pops up when i click the "move" button....

Also please fix the email notification script when files are being removed.

 

Also i am missing one day in my stats for some reason, 2010-08-15.. First it wasn't visible, now it tells me i have 0 sales for this day... I have not had a single day for 40 days straight where i have had 0 sales, i think your system is not working, fix it. Money is being lost, our money!!

 

i want my referrals back

 

The FTP upload is still ok,but we want the referrals and statistics too.
