I'm opening this thread without any choice, the last thing I want is to bother anyone.
I always come to the adult section of this forum looking if there is any interesting to buy like a website / submission services for my adult websites.

A few days ago I stumbled across this thread:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1904026

It looked interesting at first because niche traffic can convert very well, so I ran the website name on google and this is what I found:

    http://forums.adultvideoscript.com/showthread.php?t=1469

    "Scammer alert, owner of jollylops.com"

A bunch of people crying that he scammed them and when I went and checked his itrader, this is what i found:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/itrader.php?u=379165

Another bunch of people calling him a scammer, so what did I do? I just wrote a reply asking him to explain the forum thread about him and his itrader, you can see the post here:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1904026#post14766679

A few hours later I get an email from digitalpoint:
"You have received a new Negative rating or comment from ptiteconne."

The guy actually left me a fake Negative itrader:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/itrader.php?u=131999

I didn't even pm him once! I filled a fake itrader report but nothing happened after quite some time, i filled another one but nothing happened. so I left him a negative itrader last night before bed (that's the only option I had left)

today I wake up to find this again
"You have received a new Negative rating or comment from ptiteconne."

He left me another fake negative itrader, take a look on my itrader wall and what he did to me:

It wasn't enough that this scammer doesn't get banned after the dozens of people he scammed, he's trying to ruin my name on dp and for what? calling him on what he is.

Where are you DP mods? Can anyone help me out here?
Please check my private message logs, I never pmed the guy even once.

    Daniel.

edit: I posted this on the Google section by mistake, can you please move it to the right section of the forum? or even better handle this scammer. thank you

iTrader is unmoderated for the most part. The only thing that gets any attention is completely fake iTrader and since you left iTrader for the other person the only conclusion that can be reached is that you did in fact trade with the person. That may or may not be true but there's nothing can be done about it now.

Leaving him a -iT back is your mistake.

Now you're guilty of iTrader Fraud/Fake iTrader, it could end up leading to an instant ban... But I don't know.

how come? I wrote in the itrader he left me a fake itrader i never "faked" anything, this scammer deserves to get banned and some people on the AVS forum
might even consider LEGAL action against him.

Leaving an iTrader when no transaction took place is considered fake/false iTrader.

or you should have ignored him in the first place. It's just the consequence of what you did. Now you're stuck with a fake iTrader.

so just because I left a scammer an itrader a few days later because my fake itraders reports were ignored i'm stuck with his itrader? we are talking about some guy who scammed more then one person, where is the logic here?

edit: if im stuck with the itrader because of some stupid principal, so be it. but this guy deserves a ban for sure :|
and just to make things clear, if i asked for an itrader everytime i bought something on this forum my itrader count should've been around 30-40
mod please check my private message logs to see i'm not just saying stuff in the air. (i'm a trustworthy guy, and a very active forum member especially in the market section)

You mean this guy who committed iTrader abuse (at least the second time that I know for sure)?

As others have said, your claim would have received more merit if you weren't complaining about someone doing something to you, when you did the exact same thing to them (giving fake iTrader).

    yes, that guy.

you are right, but the difference is that I pointed out in the itrader that he gave me a false itrader, why did i do that? first of all i didn't do it right away i waited for a few days, second i did that because i want people who look on my itrader and check this guy out they will know there's a dispute going on because of the itrader. can you please help me out here Shawn ?this guy shouldn't get any prizes for being a scammer and a fraudster :|

oh and if you look here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/itrader.php?u=131999
he gave me 2 negative itraders, i replied to only one of his itraders :|
