I really need your help - A quick but Important question about MCC

    Hi :)

Im planning to start managing several clients accounts so I will be using the MCC option, but I want to make the whole process for my clients as easy and non intrusive as possible, i.e: I'll have to make all the AW payments through my credit card and later charge my clients.

Can I have the same billing information for different accounts? Im guessing it must be a fairly common occurrence for certain agencies to run with all the expenses from google and later charge their clients to avoid them the bother of entering the billing information.

Im new to the MCC and frankly Im worried that google will misinterpret this attempt at making life easier for my clients as some infringement of their billing policies

Personally, I have been using MCC for quite a while now.

What I do, I ask my clients to create their own AdWords accounts so that they can put their credit card information on the system themselves. However, I also give them the option of passing me their details so that I can create the account on their behalf.

Once created this account, all you need to do is to send (through MCC) a request for becoming administrator or manager of your clients' account. Once the Client has accepted, all you will do is to manage the campaign on your client's behalf and the ppc spenditure will be automatically deducted from your clients' account.

I think this is the safest way. From my point of view you cannot afford to anticipate the money for your client especially if they have an advertising budget high. What about if they do not pay? It is your credit card information on the system so Google will go after you. What about if you start getting 10-15-20 accounts with an advertising budget of £500 per month? Would you be willing to risk £5000 - £7500 - £10000 per month? I would not.

I hope this helps. Good luck with your project.

Thanks Sergio, I appreciate your time and effort to respond my question

However all those were points that I already questioned myself, and my doubt was a different one. Given that Ive already decided that I want to run with all the expenses through my one and only credit card, to make life easier for a group of 100% trusted clients, could i do it without infringing any google policies? thats my real concern

    thanks for any response

yes you can do that. You will not be infringing on any of Google's policy. The only thing that may happen is you cannot bid on the same key words in different accounts. While technically you can, but they'll only show ads for one keyword at a time.

As far as I am aware of, there should not be any problem. Google is interested in your clients' advertising as well as regular payment. As long as you guarantee the payment with your credit card that it is ok. Take care and good luck with this.
