keyword ranking stable - not improving

my website is my signature. it is on first page in google.co.uk for the keywords

loans for unemployed
loans for unemployed

at position 5 and for the keywords

unemployed loans

is at second page.

how can I improve these positions?

If I were you I would focus on build links from authority website in relative industry, with your preferred anchor text of course. I will not forget to vary the anchor text or you would be defined as spam attempt from Google perspective anyway.
