if i have good text in my website is i have to add bold ..italic for some keyword?

Yes!
They are not must (because no one rule you) But the keywords in <b>. <i> and <u> <li> etc tags are given more priority in SEO than regular text.
Remember, that Today's search engine understand the importance of what you mark as important for human visitors.

I'm pretty sure that bold is somewhat ,probably only marginally important in SEO, and I've never heard anything about Italics.

 

I think that is not must thing in article but its good to use bold in your article that gives the priority to the keyword. And there is no harm to use it.

There are some weight for the following tags - <heading tags><h1><h2>....<b><strong><i>. So you can use it. Some people using it some people not using it in the content. Its not a hard rule to use it. Its all upto you.
