I haven't had one upload complete in the past 8 hrs. Same old story, proceed fine to 100% (at slower speeds than normal 40-60k) and then fail when moving file to directory, re-starting dl. If you ask me, they bought some breathing room for some folk like you by adding capacity but have not made a serious dent in the bugs. Stats crapped out at about the same time as well.

    Hi Everyone,

Sorry for not responding to each request, but it's been a crazy day! Here's an end-of-day update:

    1) We installed a significant upgrade to our FTP servers. You should notice much better performance. We will continue to roll out these changes on MORE servers. You will like the end result, trust me. If you're having issues with FTP, try disconnecting and reconnecting to land on a server that's less busy. "Move" operations are still not perfect, but the actual upload function seems very decent from my tests.

    2) I believe that Remote Upload is beginning to look better (in terms of files queued), but it seems that some people here are still not getting results. I will soon add a feature that shows you the EXACT error so that you can know. A lot of times it's the remote host that blocks us, or it's users who don't use premium accounts. The issue of corrupted files/repeated files should be over. If you are still experience this, please PM me with an example link and you user ID.

    3) Stats: Well, I know that a lot of you have been having trouble with this. Tomorrow, I will try to personally review the accounts who have messaged me. Things to note:

    a) Paypal was not responding to our servers for a while, so some premiums took a while to be credited. If you hadn't made as many sales as you usually do, the sales should have caught up towards the end of the day.
    b) There was an issue with number of download per unique IP for free users, but this was fixed based on an affiliate's feedback.
    c) Referrals continue to refresh once every 24 hours. This is needed right now until I come up with a better solution that doesn't slow down the calculation of other stats
    d) There was a lag in download stats that affected about 10% of users. When I left the office, the stats were almost done computing, so you should see the points when you check next time
    e) Seeing more money in your 'paid balance' does not mean that we have paid you. Unfortunately, it is overstated sometimes.
    f) Again: if you are on the pay-per-download plan, you will NOT receive points for premium sales. This is how our affiliate program is structured.

    4) The site itself is significantly faster. Also, we just tested a new server configuration that makes it even better - the speed was incredible. We're hoping to roll this out by the end of the week, as it requires a lot of testing to avoid even more bugs. :)

    5) File Manager issues related to moves are still there, unfortunately. This only affects users with A LOT of subdirectories in their account. This is not an excuse though; I promise you to get it fixed as soon as my tech guys complete the FTP, RU and Server upgrades.

    6) As far as I've heard, all downloads have been working well. Our download counts are up to an excellent level. Also, we've tested the site from multiple locations, and user speed is hovering between 200-250K (MUCH better than SharingMatrix's free speed). This obviously depends on the user's connections, but our tests were quite representative of the typical downloader - i.e. someone with good Internet service.

That's it for now. I will keep you posted as much as I can. I hope you understand that when I don't respond, it's because I'm working heavily with my team on fixing issues based on your feedback.

Thank you for your loyalty and patience.

    Regards,
    FS-IT

This was always the case. We actually added the 1 download per premium user pretty recently. Before that, nothing counted at all.

Are you insane? There's no site out there that will give you that. Probably ever. No site can remain profitable if they give you all download counts from premium users. Premiums can download at max speed and multiple downloads - you'd be getting hundreds of points per minute. That is not acceptable. The site would be losing too much money and would have to close down. They have to stay profitable otherwise we get no service at all.

For your reference, there are a lot of file-hosts out there who give you only 1 DOWNLOAD COUNTED FROM FREE USERS PER DAY. Why don't you go and try those for a while? You might finally understand how lucky you are to be here in the first place.

If you think that you can make more money by turning people to premiums, then turn to pay per sale. Same dilemma for everyone else here.

    FTP Working well here :D

Totally agree with you! FS speed for free users is great and make this server more attractive.

Do you have Javascript disabled? Also, you might want to clear your cookies and retry.

By the way, make sure the page is FULLY loaded before you try to log in. If you reload the page and then try to log in, it might help. Let me know.

We have an issue with DISPLAYING referrals. However, earnings are always being calculated, once a day.
