In terms of posting up do follow links, how exactly do you determine a page rank value to you? I notice only a homepage and /forum page are usually page ranked. The rest of the pages are unranked so how do I know whether posting in a certain blog is more beneficial than another? Do you have a link to this?

I did nothing and my site still is PR 4 for over years.....I checked tool it said 4.98/10, 3 month ago. hope it true then I will get PR 5 soon ^_^
