1) Which Hosting service (and its duration ) purchased by client are eligible for the $75 payout? It doesn't make sense if someone just buy $3.95 Hosting plan for a year (ie: $3.95x12) and you pay us $75. It is a deficit. 2) What are the frequency and minimum sum of Paypal payout to affiliates?
