    simply go to contact us page,and from there select option to change name

    But there is only option to send them an email. Where is the option to upload the documents???

    In PayPal account you don't need to upload any document to change your personal name or business name. Go To Edit Profile section and you'll find the option to change the name.

    Do You've a Business Account or Premier Account?

    If you've a Business Account...Then simply go to Profile > Business Information and here you will find the option to Business name. Might be you'll find the similar option in Premier Account as well.

    If It still won't work, then simply close your PayPal account and create a new one with correct info.
