    If you dont want to have aoy problem with the low, contact microsoft and give that domain to them as a gift ;)

    That's impossible. Microsoft always cases for its TMs.

    Really; I contacted Microsoft Turkey and Support team say "We will call you", but no called me.. And I want to sell it now...

    lol, liar. This domain is completely worthless. I wouldn't take it for free. Microsoft takes legal action for trademark infringement all the time - more than any other company. Drop the domain.

    Dont sell it as that is showing bad failth, just delete the name or give it to MS, are you crazy toying with a company that big lol

    The law on trademarks is a strange one, if someone was to use the domain to make a well updated forum about using windows media player you could probably get away with it.

    But as soon as you use it for profit or even sell it on they will probably sue you.

    So I would leave the ns set to nothing and wait for it to expire.
