    Have you got maxmonitor.com
    They have stoped their service, but still their position is increasing.. about a week ago its in 10th position now its improving.. I don't know how its happening...

    maxmonitoring.com sits #3 for me as an empty website (just blank parent index). You may want to request the removal of the URL's in Google Webmaster Tools or 301 redirect the page to the appropriate website/webpage in the meantime.

    Yes.. that site does not have any content or pages. It is may be crawler has not crawled their site recently. It seems that it was reputed site once becoz it has PR 5 and created domain 3 years back. That could be reason too.
