why did you close your dispute !!! what you need is to get an refund of that money... if he refunds the money to you then the dispute will automatically close... actually he is made a trap only one dispute can be put on one transaction.. you can call paypal and tell about that they will help you if you have luck !
thanx alot for the advice. i already done that and they said same thing what you said. so i decide to pay him back in my own way by making nice siggy for him and also dont want others to get trap aswell i am using paypal for 5 years i know the rules. but he used religon by saying m muslim and this is holy month so i trust it was only 100$.
