Look for the quality high page rank back links , More you get more chances in improvement of PR.

 

PR can be gain through links, the more quality the links your site has the better. Link to high PR related sites and you'll get a big boost in PR by the next PR update.

The more backlinks you have and all the stuff you got out there on internet the better chance you are for google to catch ya.

 

do some work on page optimization ans after that do hard work on off page optimization and try to get some quality backlinks .
