I believe it is because of your Geographical location, since you are not in the country that the new offer is available, you can't see it..

 

yes, your IP address is not within the offers target range

 

Check with usa ip will allow you to show the campaign as in pic its for usa visitors only

Can Any one please tell how can i take one of Newest surveys

 

You don't take the surveys if you are a publishers, and if aren't in the USA the advertisers doesn't want your offer completion.

Managing Surveys: To enabled/disable surveys, Use the Manage Surveys option in your widget editor.

 

I think you're mistaken as to what cpalead is for.

To add the new ones to your widget, I believe I read someplace you have to have made over $250 total. Until then, you get the non-premium ones.
