right now I am getting about 40 uniques a day. My goal is minimum 1,000 uniques a day. I have over 5k facebook fans, done thousands of directory submissions, some article submissions, thousands of forum posts, etc. etc the list goes on. And now I am in a place where I feel i really need to get at least 1k uniques a day to be in business. Any ideas of obtaining this. I need to do something MASSIVE!
How are you marketing to your facebook fans? Do you update them when you have a new post or something newsworthy happening at your website? I mainly use my fanpages to push affiliate products, but when I do promote a new blog post on my site and let them know about it they click through in droves to check it out. With 5,000 fans there really isn't a reason why you can't be getting a solid 500 visitors if not more. Also, try marketing your site in forums that are related to your website. I post in five fashion forums for a high heel website I run and the amount of traffic I get from these five is crazy. I never imagined how much it would be.
Get a bunch of emails and add them......though chances are there that, Facebook might suspend your account if you do it instantly. I sent some 2 million fan request and they temporary suspended my account.
5k facebook fans i just made a couple fake facebook accounts, added them ppl to it to the max of 5k on each account then suggested them and also suggested friends to other peoples fan pages and in return they did the same for me. Took a long time tho. But I really need to no what massive thing can i do to substantially increase my visitors?
What is your website? What is your niche? If you have 5K fans for Red Sox are Great!, you won't convert much because usually there is much difference between one sports site or another. Your site should be something where content is ALWAYS new, always yours, and constantly updated. Pick up some backlinks with some high PR (2-3 will do), then try to pick up backlinks in a blogroll on a site that is being updated all the time (PR shouldn't matter much). But if you are not putting in at least 4 hours per day of content work, or 3 hours of SEO work and analysis, you won't make it. Maybe 2 years ago, but now the web barrier to entry is really small.
DO NOT BUY TRAFFIC, it is a waste of time and money, you may get your 1000 visitors a day but you will get nothing from them, no sign ups, no comments, no sales, no clicks and you possibly get banned from google
Not if you buy AdSense safe traffic, believe me, it does exist. I used to sell traffic, and my clients sometimes got blog comments etc. It really depends on whether your site is genuinely interesting or not. @nana, you must PM me to inquire, like it says in my signature.
Keep pushing content, and be sure to do your offsite se, that means keyword and competition research. Furthermore you can utilize social media websites and video sharing sites to get a consistent stream of visitors. this might take a while, but if your videos are usefull it is a tremendous asset.

Use your Facebook fan page effectively. For the number fans that you claim, you should be getting good number of visits. Additionally, you can try getting some organic traffic as well. They can turn out to be a good source of thousands of daily unique visits. If you already have done optimised your site for organic traffic, then I think you need to reconsider your targeted keywords and focus on keywords with good search volume.
I think your fan page should really be of quality. All contents must all be good and readers must be benefitted from them. This way, surely more fans will visit your page. You can also utilize some internet marketing tools like SEO or try to build links when you hop to other blog sites.

I no this thread is a little old but i came through this again and was wondering are you serious? How could i get 1,000 uniques a day just from my fan page which is now of over 6k fans. Heres my fan page at www.facebook.com/submissionfc I barely get just a few uniques a day from facebook unless i make a certain post which will get me maybe 20-30 uniques just for that day. If you think i could get even close to 1000 uniques a day from my facebook fans please let me know how cuz I am clueless?
You may have more than 6K fans but you have to be sure that these fans are interested in your product. Try to find people among you niche...
