Dude, have you configured wp-config.php file and updated your db and hostname details?

If you have not ,do it first. And also, rather than using the earlier created DB, create a new one and point in the config file.

If you come across any hurdle, PM me.

    Where you upload this files?
please check, upload on correct location? /home/user/public_html?

Solution if you upload on correct location:
    1. Change Index.php File Permission(chmode) to 755 and also change all other file permission to 755(Dangerous, just for testing purpose) if its work then delete all files and download WP Fresh copy, extract on desktop and then upload in BINARY mode to your server.

off the top of my head - probably a database issue. the issue being you are trying to use the same database info (you need a new one for a new installation)
