IT is very unusual to get penalized just by editing the content or article of your site. Better investigate further like backlinks or in-content mistakes and correct them, then gather quality backlinks.
sarpras, how do you know that the penalty was applied exactly because of this "one blog post listed in 2 times"?
most blog software can support rel="canonical" where the correct url of the post will be redirected to. I have often renamed posts and changed their URLs, google has never complained (WP)
My penalty start after that post index on google (2 times). Now i removed post, how many days need to get back.
I doubt that was the source of the penalty, there could be other reasons. What kind of link building have you done to your site? Also make sure your site does not have a lot of duplicate contents, it will result on your pages not getting indexed and you will loose a fair amount of traffic
Most minor penalties run 30 days, but I do not believe you have been penalized. A penalty does not happen immediately. G is very careful to wait a long time before acting on a penalty so that no one can figure out 'cause & effect'. If they did not, everyone could experiment with changes and learn what works and what does not. If you have been penalized it is for something done 3 months ago or more.

Probably when you get penalize from google they always warn you from what I know. If they have told you that you have been penalized for seo purpose you have probably use some automatic software or websites to build backlinks to your site and google noticed that.
