Geo targeted CPA offers?

I find it really hard to promote most CPA offers because they are geo targeted.
Everyone that's reading my posts that do not live in the specific country
that the CPA offer is made for can not purchase the product or sign up
    for an offer.

How do you guys get super geo targeted traffic to your websites
and how do you convert them?

I know there are some ads that work worldwide, but many of them are
really hard to compete with or does not fit my website.

I really need help by someone who knows something about CPA marketing.
I'm signed up to NeverBlue and PeerFly and I am willing to pay 50% of my 3 first
$50-$100 earnings to the one who helps me.

    Anyone got any ideas?
Please respond or send a PM! :)

I actually think it's much easier to promote geo-targeted offers. If you advertise using marketing sources that you're able to narrow down the target crowd to strictly the countries that are accepted, you wont be wasting any traffic/money on those of countries outside of the offers' scope.

Social Media is a great form of geo-targeted traffic -- Facebook, MyAds, PoF, etc. You can narrow down who sees your ad by the country (and even deeper into the states/cities if you want).

I've never used social media marketing.
Does it cost much per click on facebook to market a site for only US?

It's not as much as say, Google Adwords (which is another place you may consider marketing through for US traffic). You can also try PPV at places like directcpv, trafficvance, etc. There's tons of different marketing methods which allow you to strictly target the traffic.

With PeerFly i am not allowed to buy traffic to the targeted website through traffic exchanges. Do you know if I'm able to do that with NeverBlue?

Traffic Exchanges are never a good idea. The quality of traffic is extremely low. Granted, I don't know if NeverBlue allows it as I don't work with them, but I can imagine they'd frown upon it at the very least.

I'm still willing to pay 50% of my 3 first payouts with NeverBlue to the one who can help me reach them.
If you feel like you know how CPA/CPL works and want some quick money, then send me a PM.
