Domain got PR, BUT index NOT?

    Hi, guys, I need suggestions.

    I found a site's domain has PR, but the index page not.

    http://www.somedomain.com PageRank 2
    http://www.somedomain.com/index.html PageRank o

    All the insite pages link to home with index.html, and the link partners all link to the domain. So what's wrong with that site's structure? How could we do to improve the PR on index.html?

    2 different pages from google's perspective. Structure your internal links to point to www.mysite.com not index.html;)

    1) try to submit XML sitemap for your site to google

    2) use cname or 301 redirect for www subdomain
