My site visitor say "Can't download. Error.."

So, I think we need FileSonic File Link Checker funtion.

I don't have statistics for today, for some reasons it was not shown for 3 days already (starting Aug. 13).
I already PM FileSonic-IT for it. hope it will be fix.

I see that is a global problem.

Stats have been working fine last two days.
There are bugs that i can live with next few days.

 

I think statistic count problems these hours.

12th (afternoon - night)
13th (all day)
14th (night)
15th (till now)
(FileSonic server time)

 

Fix FTP-upload bugs soon....I cant wait anymore .....THANKS

 

It seems that during the night the site gets less traffic (and perhaps less uploads) and so people get to our downloads more easily. During the day, the site seems to be overloaded so probably there are less downloads possible by people. Also statistics works more slowly. During the night statistics are calculated nearly directly as the download happens, while during the day - nothing happens for 3-4 hours and then suddenly you get a whole lot of points calculated in a single moment. I'm not sure about this though. I just don't think that downloads are not calculated if they do happen.

The statistics are completely wrong in these days or is not available.

 

Same..That's a big problem.statistic system not count multiple downloads.

Superficially, it does seem as if less downloads are being counted but it is too difficult to nail down a reason right now imo. Could be FS is not properly counting downloads from free users. Could just as likely be that there is a higher percentage of premium users downloading now as free users have had the most trouble dl'ing since the switch. It may take time to get them back. At some point you just have to trust FS and see where we are in a week or two.

It's been a long time to focus on the downloads is not good accounting. Because it is not properly account for the current statistics of your downloads. One example: 12 downloads instead just 1 reported in this is a VERY weak and unacceptable. I really hope that soon corrected this very annoying problem! We lose so much money!!!

 

Maybe you did not understand .... files (20062010GFINZ) My brother has downloaded as free user! The statistics do not tell the truth!

 

Yep, no posting until fixed. This is so essential for us to work. And we can't wait forever.

No, I did not see that you had someone physically dl'ing files and verifying that they were counted. Only saw the cut-n-paste. if that is the case, you are quite correct.

 

Been trying to log into FTP since 4am Eastern US time. Cannot connect yet. Been almost two hours.

Edit: Been trying to up by RU and Web for past 30 mins as well. Neither of these is working either.

 

The same problem here. I was uploading files last two days with FTP, but today I can't log in.
