Where is the place to post for help?

I've been having trouble figuring how to leave feedback for someone on the iTrader thing. Whenever I try to leave feedback it takes me to a screen that says "you do not have permission to access this", so either I'm doing it wrong or something's broken.

Anyway my question is where do I go to post a message to ask about this topic?

It seems that you're trying to post an itrader on your own DP account. If they have given you an Itrader, then you will receive an itrader notification as a PM. There will be a link in there for you to click, once you do, you will see the itrader you have been given. On the right hand side, you will see the persons username and three icons. If you click on the yellow icon, you will be able to directly submit feedback for that sale.

You can ask a question under the "Suggestions and Feedback" located http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=3

There I see the rating and the yellow icon.

This is what I see when I click that icon

Last time I was clicking somewhere entirely different. This time I'm doing what you suggested. Is there something else I could be doing wrong? Thanks for your help.

Ohhhh... I know why... I see that you're a fairly new user on DP. Once you are able to post threads in Buy/Sell/Trade, you can start leaving iTraders. I would highly suggest reading the FAQ's, http://forums.digitalpoint.com/faq.php?faq=rules#faq_posting_guidelines.

I have been a member for years only bought in the past as recent as 2 days ago can someone tell me the basics to be able to list websites for sale as to that i am a newbee

 

I think one of the requirements is 25 posts.

 

i have been a member since 2007 have over 25 posts and have bought several sites this week so why then?

 

That's the only requirement I know, I think you should be able to list your website then. Maybe someone else here who isn't a noob like me will be able to help.
