Where is the place to post for help?

Discussion in 'Support & Feedback' started by nthdimension, Aug 11, 2010.

I've been having trouble figuring how to leave feedback for someone on the iTrader thing. Whenever I try to leave feedback it takes me to a screen that says "you do not have permission to access this", so either I'm doing it wrong or something's broken.

Anyway my question is where do I go to post a message to ask about this topic?

    Thanks

It seems that you're trying to post an itrader on your own DP account. If they have given you an Itrader, then you will receive an itrader notification as a PM. There will be a link in there for you to click, once you do, you will see the itrader you have been given. On the right hand side, you will see the persons username and three icons. If you click on the yellow icon, you will be able to directly submit feedback for that sale.

You can ask a question under the "Suggestions and Feedback" located http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=3

    Hope this helps! :)

Hi VR, Thanks so much for your post. Here are the steps I'm taking:

    Received message:
I click the link to iTrader page.

There I see the rating and the yellow icon.

This is what I see when I click that icon

Last time I was clicking somewhere entirely different. This time I'm doing what you suggested. Is there something else I could be doing wrong? Thanks for your help.

The FAQ didn't explicitly mention iTrader which was what I was looking for.

    Yes, it does.

You must be an established member with at least 25 posts & the account must be at least 14 days old.

    Indeed, it says:

But it doesn't mention iTrader. How does a person who's new to this place look at that and think, ah that answers my iTrader question perfectly. What does leaving feedback for someone have to do with posting in the Buy, Sell or Trade forum? I'm sorry my crystal ball wasn't working that time.

That why is we also have a iTrader 101 sticky in the Suggestions & Feedback forum! You've just missed it! lol. That would pretty much answer your iTrader question. :)

I think one of the requirements is 25 posts.

That's the only requirement I know, I think you should be able to list your website then. Maybe someone else here who isn't a noob like me will be able to help.

You just created your 25th post recently. Wait for the cron jobs to give you the permission automatically.
