I bought a service from http://www.infosoftware.biz/ . to up my rank www.agricultureguide.org from #14 to top #5. i paid 200$ upfront would pay 100$ after 1st page then pay 100$ when i got top#5. problem is, they took me to top #10 from #14, by creating 20 profile links, and 4 ezine articles. I said, i can buy these services from dp for 30$,you swindled me. they say, we make a great strategy and got up your site to 1st page, they want 100$. yes they say my site will go up 1st page from 14. but they made verrrrrry simmmpplee things. I thought they will do some complicated stuff. they refused to money back. i said take 60$ then send back the rest of money. no, they did no accept. I can do what they did for 30$ at dp, they took 200$. if i open a DISPUTE, what will do?
You made a deal, they performed their part of the deal, so now you should pay the money. The fact that you think you could have done it on your own for less is meaningless. Maybe you could have done what they did for $30, but you didn't, instead you contracted with them to do it.
They did what they said they were going to do: bring your site to the first page. The fact that you could have hired someone to do the same thing for less seems to me to be irrelevant. I don't see any scam.
Paypal will not refund non-tangible goods...so if it is anything to do with service/software/scripts or anything that you can not touch, then paypal will not get in the middle of it. If it came off a credit card directly then of course you can dispute your credit card, but you did do the deal, doesnt matter if you can find it else where. I see an ad online all the time about posting 1000 profile links for $10.00 - Its not their fault you did not research this more. if you dispute this will paypal, it is an automatic loss, you will get an email instantly saying the case is over, even if they comitted down-right fraud, paypal does not get involved with non-tangible disputes on the most part.
you'll lose. You do it more than once, Paypal will close your account (don't worry, you'll get your balance back after about 180 days). You'll also end up on the 'banned' lists, like the ones we use to auto-deny 'bad customers'.
How ungrateful can you get? They did what you asked for, what more do you want? If anyones trying to swindle anyone, it's you for asking for your money back when they achieved their goal. How do you know you would have got the same thing for $30 on DP? Would another person have posted the articles in the same place? would they have had the contacts to do that? Would they have selected the same links? The fact is, you don't know for sure you would have got the same thing for $30 on DP because you can't be certain another person would have done the same thing. SEO is a black art to me. I have no idea about it and I would have no idea where to start. Just because the person working for you seems to be doing something simple, it will take their combined years of experience and knowledge to help them make the right decision about how to promote your site. They obviously know what they are doing because they did what you asked them to do. Grow up and be thankful, and stop behaving like a spoilt child.
Well said. And I agree with the general consensus, they said they would perform a service (Google Page 1) and when they did you got to pay them. No matter how they done it, they done it legally using whitehat methods and therefore they carried out there end of the deal. Now you're not paying them the $100 due, you're the scammer.
$200 is cheap. I am off to http://www.infosoftware.biz to contract their services. Thanks for the tip!!
Fact: You asked them to perform the service they offer for you. Fact: You say they achived the result you paid them to achieve. Fact: if you dispute, charge back, or in any way do not pay the full ammount agreed to then you are the scammer. It is your fault if you were stupid enough to enter into a contract to pay $200 for a service which you could in fact have done yourself for nothing or had done for you for far less money here in DP In Conclusion STOP DICKING AROUND and PAY UP
You're the scammer in this case as the others have said; you made a deal, they did it, you pay them. Doesn't matter how they did it - they did it and that's all that matters. Pay up.
I have a right to stop service by not paying anymore. "It is your fault if you were stupid enough to enter into a contract to pay $200 for a service which you could in fact have done yourself for nothing or had done for you for far less money here in DP" I did not know what their service is.
They do not respond to my mails, Don't respond skype calls. They do not care me. I have all message logs that proof I am right. Can I use them ?
They accept that they sold 30$ cost service to me for 200$ It is a fraudulent activity . I offer them to take 100$ and 100$ back, they accepted it but They don't answering me anymore.
Hello, Nice tips... thanks. I will probably stop communicating with a client if he isn't polite, this is the human part of the business. A few days ago a client called me a ripper so I stop replying... Is it wrong?
I just did a search for "drip irrigation" on Google and your website came up in position #10, page 1. As others have said, they have done what they promised and you're still page 1 after 5 days since your original post. I see hundreds of backlinks for your website in Google, so how are you certain they didn't do more than what you think they did?
Anytime that you use a credit card you can chargeback BUT feels like they did they work. Maybe I'm missing something.
No you do not they did what they promised you and the fact that YOU did not find out exactly what they would do is entirly your fault. Can you blame them I would cut you off as well Again NO it is NOT fraudulent. I can offer a service at one price and you can offer that exact same service at a higher price. The clients decide which one of us they use and which price they pay. If they chose you then find out i was cheaper are you going to refund them the difference? I know I would Not. What you are missing is that this person is a thief and scammer that makes contracts then even though the contract is completed to the specification agreed he still wants to rip off the supplier by not paying. I would definatly recommend that everyone that reads this thread puts this op on their do NOT do business with black list.
You are an idiot. Sorry to say so, but you really are. If I make a web design it costs me $0 - but it takes my time - and if I put a price on it then you accept that. Just like you accepted the deal with those guys. You said you want to be on the 1st page, they offered a price, you accepted and they completed your request.
You will not win, and they would have the right to sue you for a false claim. They done their work, it really doesn't matter that you could've got it done for less.
