Have a feeling server is not releasing connections once uploads are completed. I've been trying to connect for (6) hrs and error message alternates between max users logged in and claiming I already have (5) connections. Let's hope they didn't take the weekend off.

Edit: Flash uploader isn't working either.

 

Yes. when i try to upload one file it says there are 3 con running it might be a simple bug. i will notify them

Yes its working for some people. Seems like its a little bug. Notified IT guy and hope he'll fix this flaw.

I cant upload via FTP, via WEB.......How ridiculous!
Cant login FTP. Perhaps server is overloaded. After logging in successfully, upload speed is very very slow....
I cant upload via web too though my file is only 6MB.
I think u should fix uploading bugs right now. This's so important.

They are on it, but quiet frustrating, not getting any files up and i usually sell for the most durning the weekends damn, oh well

 

I wouldn't worry about loosing downloads over the weekend...if the rest of the planet is in the same situation as me they won't have been able to download anything since 10 August anyway.
Think they may have got theirselves into a slight mess. Perhaps their best option would be to hide the servers behind a redirect, then reload the software from scratch (reverting to when it last worked if necessary (presume they have backed everything up)).
Trying to fix things a small piece at a time just seems to be creating more problems along the way

 

surely you should have multiple FTP servers as even if the FTP is a 2gbit server. then 20 people connected with 100mbit servers would fill it up.
so multi-FTP servers is what you need.

 

they surely have a farm of servers. I wonder why the FTP broke down right now, i have not been having any trouble getting paid or getting people to download my stuff for the past 6 days or so. However it seems that files are being removed without my notification, i don't know if it's DMCA or just the servers losing track of files and they get lost in cyberspace. I hope Filesonic-IT will login and answer some of my technical questions in regards to that.

Also moving files isn't working at all anymore, which is a huge problem to me as i use the move file feature to keep track of what i've posted on my website and what i haven't, and right now my incoming folder on the filesonic ftp is a mess.

 

Unable to upload at the weekend...... So annoying... I hope u'll fix it soon..... I begin missing SHARINGMATRIX .....When will we be able to use FILESONIC without any problems?????

 

I just got in on the ftp server, lets see how this works now , speed looks nice atleast

 

Speed went down again, i think their pipes can't handle the load anymore , they just to popular

Ftp it. its the only solution till the browser upload get fixed. Infact ftp is the most convenient form though.

 

FTP may be the easiest way of getting the files up - drag and drop - but the download links are not instantly given to you that way.

 

I got payment from this week, everything about payment is ok now, the only one thing we need is uploading ftp and move multiple files ( I can't move a single file right now )

 

This can't be serious.

In friday i have in my account about 16.00$ +/- (in don't payed).

Don't receive any paiment and today i have in my account only 7.72$ (in don't payed)!!!

Or you fix this or i'm gone.

 

I sent an email to you guys which was not responded to, so I hope you guys will respond here. In my payment stats, under total paid in USD, I have 70.66, but I have zero payment info in my account and never received the money!

Could you please resolve this issue.
