hello, i just want to know if people do go to the second page on google results and how often.i have heard people say the first page is always relevant and others are crap. Keywords having high searches the first page is never the best.so i would lke to know if you people how often go to the second or even more pages. thanks
I go to the second page specially for web pages that are quickly hesitating from spam, like download sites, there are much crap that say "download rapidshare...instant access..bla bla bla"
Depends on the quality of the content on page 1, but I do use page 2 often it's normally a much quicker scan though.
I only go to the second page 1 time out of 30 or so. This is most for downloading stuff or getting answers about products etc.
I go when I'm for example shopping for new Nike shoes, so I could even go to page 15 in some cases, looking for a model that is best looking/fitting. I rarely list beyond page 1 for informational queries. Perhaps when I'm looking for plenty of product reviews, or information that is hard to get, like public records, etc.
I go to page 2 when I can't find any quality info on page 1, or when I'm really curious about something, and I want to combine many different answers to my problem
I mostly go to PAGE10 or page 2 mostly... its when I am searching for lot of information! I dont know but i like going to page 10
Rarely go to page 2. Depends on the search and what comes up there. Page 3 and on almost never. I would tend to rephrase my search word or term to be more specific before I would go to page 2 or above.
I view it roughly 1-20 search queries but oddly enough, I get hits off of 2nd/3rd page search terms daily.
Almost never. In most cases, if I can't find useful information in the first page of Google search engine results, then I tend to change the keyword and search for what I need again.
I go in a few pages google dose not always rank sites in my favor. when searching for something recent it does rank by latest article so i usually go in and check other sites out too.
Many people on here are webmasters, so they aren't typical searchers. If I'm researching my niche, I'll easily click through 20 pages of results to see what else is out there. If you look at Chikita's research on this subject you'll note that only a small percentage of searchers click through to the second page of results.
i get 99% more traffic when im ranking #1 in 1st page.. even #2 shows a significant decline in traffic.. do the math for second page
If I do search for shopping stuff I would go from first page to even tenth page if it could give the best price. Otherwise I would go not over two pages, mostly sticking on the first page result anyway.
