FTP still RESTART TRANSFERS when you try to UPLOAD 1-2GB FILES. Could i ask if Filesonic IT is working on it? If you dont want uploaders who use BIG files, please say it now and i will join another file hosting...

And yeah i´m a premium user of FileSonic

 

They paid me for all due payments.. FTP is working noww with few bugsss

 

Not arguing the changeover was grossly mismanaged. It certainly was and the damage to FS's reputation is significant.

That said, I sincerely doubt this was "planned" months in advance. Yes, they should have done better prep work, but I'd wager there is quite a bit we don't know about the new management and the reason for the name change. It is not normal to willingly discard your brand, how much else was the new management forced to discard to takeover the host? This whole move feels more rushed than planned and seems more like the new management bit off more than they could chew.

Sure, they did not answer your (1) email but can you imagine the flood of emails they have received? There is ample proof just in this thread that they have answered the bulk of the their emails. Heck, IT has even been corrosponding back and forth with several of us to resolve bugs after they have see our posts here rather than wait for emails. While they have vastly downplayed the so-called "minor bugs" and the timetable to solve this mess, the mere fact that FS is so involved in this forum and others disproves your "wall of silence". They have been overburdened, not unconcerned.

 

Get some rest dude, you've earned it. Your involvement has been "a sign of good things to come" and the timely payment does bolster FS's credibility. There is a good amount left to be done, but you've blunted a great part of my initial criticism.

 

I got lats week compensation too, thanks. But what now? Stats for PPS are still without Referrer, no file stats and still no Referral Count. Its not usable system for use Pls fix it soon.

 

What's wrong with FTP??? So annoying... Unable to login, very slow upload speed......

 

They think the FTP it´s going well, so... bad future for uploaders which use FTP

Can not upload FTP with part > 250 . It 100% and comeback 0% and again and again . After sucsessful . in filemanager many double file .

By the way, moving files is completely broken and my incoming folder starts to look like a complete disaster, need to move files !! Keep it up guys.

 

There is a valid reason for the bugs still remain persistent with FS. For users from some parts of the world, there appears no trouble with uploading. So a change in the betterment of one section cozing harm to another. This may be managed so soon. And about the payments, if you didnt get it fully or partially, then contact the support here with your FS user id and your trouble. Refrain from sending pms multiple times as it may trouble him too.

Filemanager I can use in Firefox, but not in IE.
Upload I can do in FTP, not manually or remoteupload.

Waiting these bugs to be fixed, then its just perfect, ThankS
