So like this is totaly being ignored, can i just see this as lost money i will never see? btw love this move from a working crappy file host to a totaly not working more crappy file host

 

we can make a blog with all the people who never get the payments and no one has to suffer this torture in matter of fact i gonna put this captures in my blog to show how this "new site" works.

Since people can't download and there still remote upload (and other upload) problems, I think I'll go on another 'stand by' with my file posting. The 'everybody can download' ability should be available ASAP.

Hope you guys made a lot from July 29th to August 4th cause like this we are in for a second +5% compensation week.

 

I have something I KNOW it had more than 3000 downloads today, and it's showing 5 downloads on my page!!!

Please fix this bugs or I'm going back to hotfile!

Bad idea. Lot of payment proof is in this thread and people know if FS pay or not. If you didnt get payment, try to convince the support. Starting a blog will waste your domain name and hosting charge only. No bad impact it'll cause to FS.

 

After more than a 1000 posts and all the payment proofs you can find everywhere, people are still wondering if FS are going to pay them?? If your stats are recorded - then that's PRETTY MUCH IT - you will get compensated, no matter the 'when' of it.

It's like the biggest of issues - and the smallest of problems. Solving the site bugs it's way more important than parroting every 5 minutes "when will I get paid?"

what are you guys seeing there? I see that all is OK now they're sending payments now. If you don't see then clean your cache/cookies and try again! And now we can see all stats fixed also...

 

Most of this thread has been taken up with "Wheres my payment" posts.... but have you also thought about how many referrals you are losing ? I dont know exactly how your referral payments work but the person who reffered me may have lost his commission since filesonic seem to be screwing up the upgrading to premium accounts - which must be one of the biggest earners for you guys ? and im sure me and the other person (posted on previous page) arent the only 2 people who are unable to upgrade !

No this move was not sudden, it was planned for months, in these months they should have been able to create a working host, but NO its worse then it been before, there should be no BUGS they had plenty of time to make the move, but in stead they screwing us bad.......keep in mind i don't care about the money i asked a simple question 1 email to support and a week later here, but i hear nothing a simple reply like, "don't worry it will be fixed" would be 100% better then the wall of silence you get now.

I'm not saying that things are flawless now, but I also can't say that things are not moving forward. Things were much worse when FS was launched. Bugs are mostly present for everyone, not just for some people. I have a lot of them, "Unpiad in USD" included, but I don't send them reports every day 10 times for problems that everyone has and that are already reported. They can only solve the problem globally instead of sending the same answer to each one of us. There is probably thousands of us and people are constantly repeating the same thing - nobody can help you personally at that point. They have to spend their time in SOLVING problems and not in REASSURING people personally that problems are being solved - that would last forever and bugs wouldn't be solved till Christmas.
I don't think any bug will be ignored if we ALREADY sent them mails about it. Just report it and have patience - we are all probably having the same issue, they can't go and ignore all of their users.
