The websites doing this are not blackhat, submission is done solely through the URL.

 

That list is only 104 submission I give you 2,500 and that list is not even updated so some websites are dead and under construction... do your research before you post. I actually offer 3,200 but I take into consideration non working sites so only post for 2,500.
