Yeah but what about the remote uploader???? I need to know when is gonna be fixed, i already send you a pm, wheres userass filehost box???? cause the direct links always get "problem" status

 

Dear Affiliates,

To compensate for the lack of statistics & downtime from August 5th to August 11th, we will calculate the stats as follows:

Aug 5th: we will pay Jul 29th SM stats +5%
Aug 6th: we will pay Jul 30th SM Stats +5%
Aug 7th: we will pay Jul 31st SM stats +5%
Aug 8th: we will pay Aug 1st SM stats +5%
Aug 9th: we will pay Aug 2nd SM stats +5%
Aug 10th: we will pay Aug 3rd SM stats +5%
Aug 11th: we will pay Aug 4th SM stats +5%

We hope that this is satisfactory compensation. We picked a good week on SM and compensated you an additional 5%, despite the fact that we did not sell enough premium memberships during those days. However, we understand that you might be frustrated with the lack of stats and with the downtime, so we are willing to take the loss. We really value the relationships with our affiliates, an we thank you for your patience and understanding.

For those days, please note that detailed stats will not be available (only the $ payout will be shown). Moving forward, all stats will be collected properly. Also, if you actually earned more on any given day than our adjusted earnings (previous week + 5%), your actual earnings will be used for that day. This way, you will never lose anything through this compensation structure.

Finally, if any of you started uploading between Aug 5th and Aug 11th, please contact me by email so we can make special arrangements, as the compensation above will not yield anything for you.

If you enter a link to a file sharing site that is supported (see icons on the right of remote upload), enter them without user: pass in the URL. You will then be prompted for a username/password for each filehost on the next screen.

If you are not prompted, then perhaps that this file host is not yet supported. The exception is HF, where they seem to be blocking some remote upload functions from other hosts. We are looking into it, but we're not sure we can do anything about that. The alternative is HotLinks, which should take effect very shortly.

Do we have to do anything to get the compensation, or will it be paid automatically next Saterday?

 

It will be automatic. You should see a change in your stats tomorrow at some point.

 

Again it´s impossible to upload by FTP I will need to use FS this weekend, will you fix it for tomorrow

 

Remote upload still fails to work 90% of the time and when it does the files are 2-4megs too small... i sent you a PM about it but did not hear back again

on 11 august stats worked normaly, why u wanna changed that?

 

Because some people's stats might not be working for that day. This is why we will give them to max of the two.

Can you let me know whats going on with remote upload please?

 

Same as always, when the transfer reach 100%, timeout & restart...

 

Remote upload from Rapidshare worked fine yesterday. After 5-10 minutes the files arrived in my FS account.
That was yesterday.
Today the files are still pending after 3 hours.

 

As mentioned earlier, HF is blocking remote uploads. We are working on a solution using HotLinks that will allow you to do RU from HF.

If you have RU issues with other hosts, please PM me.

 

As a guy who has been very critical of this changeover here and at other forums, I am man enough to commend FS on this fair plan so long as payments are made on time tomorrow. I am also pleased that all my links seem to be working properly since last night and all upload options have have been smooth (FTP, remote and even flash). Thanks you getting the job done, guys. I really didn't want to start moving to a new host.

 

Please read me! I´m not using Remote Upload, i´m using FTP!

 

So i am reading the following:

Each day that lost stats will give the users the pay of an old day + 5% ? This meaning if i earned 40 dollars on the 5th i will get paid 40 for the 5th and 40 for the 11th? Or will i only get the 5% of 40 i earned on the 5th?

Please clarify! I hope stats will be working now!
