Help with 404 error in Wordpress

hi wp experts

i am running a blog website (www.worldthissecond.com) and mostly i am getting 404 error once i post the article. Please help me to get rid of from this problem. It is really annoying me.. i am a newbie with wordpress please provide clear instructions

have you checked your wordpress settings on the dashboard?..

 

I recommend you go to wordpress support forum for this.

 

check your .htaccess file on the root directory.

 

Have you changed any settings or activated any plugins recently?

It could even be the post content. I've read that certain words grouped together trigger ModSecurity.
In that case, you have to ask your host to do something about it.
