What the f*ck? Is this true? This makes me totally loose my loyalty to filesonic, why would they just not restore the original stats for the lost days, this proves they actually DIDN'T calculate any of the sales durning this period even though they clearly said they did on the forum, that's straight out lying about the situation.

Please clarify on this Filesonic! Also stats not fixed, i see stats aug 01 -09 and 12, where did 10-11 go?

Tried with IE8, Opera and TheWorld and I get the same error...

 

What is all this? I read a reply that we should state whether our today's stats are OK or not OK.
But thereafter I read many replies about receiving compensation.
I always understood that the compensation for the lost days was for later, but that doesn't seem the case anymore.
Can somebody bring some light?

 

I can post original message from support, but it's in Russian. So would be better if Filesonic support will clarify or reject this.

Guys, please calm down. An official announcement will soon follow.

But I'll tell you this: if you earned MORE than the adjusted payout (previous week + 5%) on any individual day, you will be paid your actual earnings.

Honestly, I don't know what the complaint is about. You will make more either way. Either you make more by getting your earnings; or, if your earnings were low, you will earn more through the adjust earnings.

I believe this to be more than fair! Believe me, we are losing a lot of money by compensating you this way, despite the fact that we didn't earn much during that period.

 

Also, stats should be live right now, except referrals, which update every 24 hours.

We are not aware of any issues, but please let me know by PM if you see anything strange with new stats.
