all new links cannot be downloaded.
old links sometimes can work....but most of the time it timeout or error.

i sent you several links to try but you didnt reply.

Remote upload works but the files are always 1-2 meg smaller then they should be

 

i though your going to implement the file checker or link checker? this will be helpful to check our links if they redirecting correctly or going somewhere

 

I do not know why, but at the beginning of the day (midnight), the counting works great. at day that more slowly counting goes, is allegedly less downloads which is not possible.

 

No need for this much font size and color, he will come here in the mean time. He got 100 problems to solve out. Also his timezone is different. So show some patience and get your trouble fixed.

 

Don't share such files. I sent them already a PM about this problem. They have to fix this first. Then we can remote upload properly. Compare filesizes with original files in the meanwhile. They have to be the same.

i need just very small msg.. "i read ur msg.. but.. need time for fix" but.. they are dont anything.. ..

and.. my downloaders cant download my links.. links dont working..
page dont open... and.. new website losting my username and password.. sometime showing.. wrong pass alert.. again checking.. login...

i dont find my files on NEW filemanger.. and

new design very very bad.. because.. i dont see downloaded counter for all links..

I confirm. There is something strange.

 

I'm having problems with ftp uploading. When you finish sending the file to upload, the upload is restarted. And with that he creates copies of files. The file manager is horrible, I preferred the old one.

until now my statistic and payment status are zero(0), no download/Sales, no Unpaid and Paid in 6days past
I regularly promoted filesonic link..

pls help to check or fix my stats.. I sent PM pls read..

 

I can't do two things. if anyone knows the answer, please do reply/pm, thanks.

(a) I am a premium member and I use Internet download manager. I can't download multiple files because the returned filenames from filesonic servers always change to some hash code. Clicking each link still works, but is annoying.

(b) remote upload from filesonic to hotfile doesn't work. I am not sure if this is a bug or filesonic intentionally blocked this kind of activity.

IMAO, remote upload feature (both to and from filesonic) is an essential feature for uploaders.

i've change my accnt to pay per dl & my stats turned ok ,,now aug 12 is showing some dl's ....what?.is this only means to say that if u are in pay per sales and nobody buy premium in your accnt even the date will not show up in your stats.

to those who have problem on their stats not updated try this one.

 

These kinda troubles already posted n number of times by people in the past pages And the IT support already answered that it'll take bit time to fix the issue. When FS started, nothing was working even upload. Stats was stuck. lotta bugs and errors. They are fixing one by one. Now can upload via ftp. Many people got payment along with compensation. So wait a bit and you will see the progress.

 

on my location my old & new links cannot be downloaded but when i ask my ref's to dl my links hes on the other country he says that it is ok & he can dl it,,,means problem in dl depends in zones & locations.do u guyz experience the same?

 

Yes, some people from other countries told me that they can't download, while I can download without problems, from my country.

 

Yes, the downloading problem actually persists and for me and my users. I sent to support links, nobody answered, nothing been done.
