Hi all , i wan't to know what is the maximum simulatanious connection for a windows 2008 server entreiprise edition i contacted a reseller they say to me 5 but i need 15 for aour agency
I don't know, but thousands or 10's of thousands. Server 2008 is an amazing operating system. That may be the limits they set, but it's their decision. However, I'd get your question/answer clarified.... Is it the total number of simultaneous connections or the number of simultaneous connections per connecting IP. 5 seems way too low and any web site limited to 5 concurrent connections (in total) would be pretty much unuseable. Even with our cheapest Windows hosting plan where we do place limits of simultaneous connections, the limit is 100.
