Stats are working now. They're counting downloads well.

Have the same problem. "Problem" status.

When I try to upload any DIRECT links it doesn't work. It still gives me a 222 bytes file, which is supposed to be the .html page before the file - yet the link that I submit is DIRECT and allowed for all IPs to use, no html pages should be in between. This worked well before on SharingMatrix - same kind of files. Please fix this issue. Can't add my other files.

Can you please PM me details? What steps are you following? What browser are you using, etc?

BTW, new upload & rename on File Manager are coming VERY soon!

 

Can you please try entering the URL without a user: pass? You will then be prompted to enter a user/pass for the filehost(s) you're uploading from.

The issue of remote upload using user: pass should have been fixed, however. If you can both PM me some example URLs, I would really appreciate it.

 

Please fix:
- Time when premium account sold (only data now)
- Referrer

 

FileSonic-IT, it will be nice if there is an option to display the url to share in the file mgr itself, without moving to the next page.

 

Hard to check. Site keeps timing out. No stats for the 12th and is 12:30am East Coast US. If I'm not mistaken, date should have switched for you 6 1/2 hrs ago,

also tried with jdownloader and it says hoster problems and i am a premium member also site seems faster when i use noscript addon for firefox and it turns off google analytics.The stats maybe working but is no good if i or anyone else cannot download my files.Also tried some friends links,they get 504 Gateway Time-out so it cant be just me.Anyone else getting problems.

Is premium sale stat works correctly? I think no, before 05-08-2010 i sold ~20 premium accs, but now 5-7

 

Dont think they are,i have premium sales count but does not show any amount earned.

 

Also cant send bug report because i get gateway timeout on that also and any emails i send never get response,nice way to treat premium members.

Whats the point of perfect stats if you cant download anything or no one else can download your links tried countless links my own as well as others,filesonic or sharingmatrix they dont work.Why is this another endless problem.

 

Is remote upload from hotfile still working?
Has internal remote upload been disabled?
Does Internal remote upload need a premium account and where to enter username : password?

Is there anybody who can download any of there files new or ones upped before the change to filesonic,i cannot and also cant download other peoples from around the internet.I cant download my own files or anyone elses cant remote upload sometime cant even login,cant get any response from support,is this the benefit of being a premium member at filesonic.Also will they give compensation for those who have not been able to use the site since the changeover for sharingmatrix,when others filehosters go offline for maintenance or change you get the lost days back on you premium account.

 

i am new here my question is this in my account containing $ 7 and now says he sent me the payment but i don' t see any money no in my email addres and no in my paypal account so how much i gonna wait for this and another thing why nobody answer my questions is anybody there who speak spanish because my english is as poor as i can learn in the high school but i understand almost everything ok so thanks and wait for some answer.
