Sorry, but I don't understand ??? Joseph Smith recieved revelation that correctly re-translated most of the Bible to its original text... over the many centuries the Bible has been translated with some text lost... that's why through Joseph Smith we have the original text.

This thread possibly has the greatest recorded density of unproven assertions.

On topic: The predictions for either Koran or Bible (as far as I have read) are either proven only within other parts of the text and left unverified or have not happened, at least up to this point. I would say that both pretty much fail.

The Bible is the one-all, know-all and the source for all truth. The Koran has nothing to offer me.

I disagree that it is the ONLY and COMPLETE truth, though, if that is what you are implying. There's more...

But I do agree, that the Koran is not much more than philosophy IMO. I just don't believe in it...

A lot of things happening today are alarmingly similar to the predictions made in the bible. :)

My post didn't even talk about proving the Bible false. I merely stated that most of its predictions are unverified at best.

(If you really insist that the Bible is absolutely true, the burden of proof is on you anyway.)

Considering the Torah predates the Koran, I'd say, which ever comes first must hold 1st place in my book.

    unverified ≠ false

that was my point I guess.

I do insist but I could type until I am blue in the fingers and it might not do me any good. I'm not saying you personally already have your mind made up but I'm sure a lot of people do and no amount of proof I could come up with would win anyone over.

Indians will always be on both sides. You didnt say NO, you said a BIG "indian" NO! :D
And secondly you are a hindu which means that you do not believe in christianity, Islam etc. You only believe in Hinduism. So you should have said that both are wrong.
So i need an answer from you infront of all the members. Why did you say this? huh?
Wherever Indians will see something about Islam they will be always against it. And i think i know why. But y should i tell. Maybe because i want to keep another moron in suspense. :D

This thread is another one of those threads in which christians will say they are the best and Muslims will say that they are the best. So overall there will be no output but only Input*

    *Input=Insulting each other.

Basically koran does not predicts any thing just tells you what you will get. A book to guide you through your life.

That was pretty much my point too. The Bible isn't necessarily false, just unproven, which is why I don't accept its predictions on face.
