Hi Friends, I am about to do a major overhaul and jump from my feeble article marketing efforts to more rigorous video marketing. I have few questions and I hope some experienced marketers can help me with these - 1. Are their any specific niches to 'stay away from' with video marketing ? Or everything sells as long as you make killer videos ? 2. Will simple videos with watermark work ? 3. Do you add tinyurl to video description with direct link to affiliate page OR create a landing page and link to that ? What works best ? Thanks in advance guys, Jo
first of all whats your niche.that will make a huge difference.if you are jumping from article writing then i think you have written many articles and none of them have given good results.article writing can be effective if you have thousands of articles and you must know how to promote them properly.article marketting can have the worst ratio of results to efforts applied if you dont follow these advice.doesnt matter.a good alternative for this is video marketing.although comparing article marketing and video marketing is not appropriate but there are some things in video marketing which are much more of advantage then article marketing.some of them are. 1)You dont need killer videos to get a high number of hits as you mentioned.simple powerpoint presentations with good info or product reviews can result in high hits.it is not guaranteed but if your niche is moderate competetive,you have the appropriate keywords(not even right) you will have thousand hits.by saying appropriate keywords mean not too much emphasis is required as in adwords where keywords can result in loss or profit. 2)Easy to implement-just gather information on your niche.use basic skills to create video and thats it. 3)No use to promote it too much and there are no more tasks too be performed after uploading which means if you have uploaded a video you will see views coming in. a test you can do is to just put up a video with the most popular keywords and you will find the next day mammoth ammounts of hits.like article marketing you dont need to have a good authorative english and dont need to care about grammar. There are no niche to sta away from video marketing.there may be a rare niche which can not be described by a video but you can always come up with some innovation and get your video describibg about that niche Simple videos with watermark will work Use watermark and also the description area and link it to your landing page which has a n affiliate link to the vendors page
There are not really any answers to these questions, it all lies in testing it yourself and seeing what works for YOU. There aren't any niches I would advise to stay away from, just whatever you think you can make quick, simple, good quality videos for, and what you think you can market... the rest is in testing - but Iwould always recommend building links as well as watermarks - make it as easy as possible for people to get to your site.... and yes, I would recommend sending them to your site in the long run - even collecting their emails in an opt-in if you can, but simply sending them to the vendor site to begin with could be a quicker way to test the product / conversion rather than spending a lot of time setting something up for yourself - but yes, if this works then I would recommend it.
Thx for your help. Which are popular niches/ keywords in videos. I did a test and made 5 videos 2 days ago, so far I just have 1-2 views each. How do I get a mammoth number of views as mentioned ?
the best niche is porn.thats because there are videos people browse for.nevertheless every niche can be promoted by video marketing.if you get only single digit views then i reccomend you to try either of the following which suits you the best 1)Wait for a few days till your views reach 300 and see if your views increase exponentially after that. 2)Give away 1$ for 600 views t get a jumpstart to your video. 3)Upload an awesome video that people like in any niche from the same account people will browse through your channel and view your related video and that would give you a jumpstart. i reccomend to try the third and and first at the same time if they dont work go for the second.but what is your niche and how many keywords did you use
