osarayponte, that mean buyer made a refund in PayPal system. That happen very rarely. As you can see you are the first person on this forum whom touched this issue. Sometimes users make a refund in PayPal system if they dislike files that were uploaded.

Great news for all that don't give a hoot about their email-adresses. A few days ago they sent out a newsletter that revealed all recipients mail adresses in clear view. Isn't that just dandy. yeah thought so too.
