    Hi

I have a health site, which has good ranking in google, but today i checked the ranking of my site, it lost the ranking by all the keywords and it is not cached now and when i checked like site:www.sitename.com, it is not showing any results through this as well.

I think my site is banned in the google.

So What should i do to reindex the site in the google?? Please reply here with your best advice.

Sign in google webmaster tool, then write a letter to google and explain what had happened.

Request Google to again add your site...

    This is what Google says:
If your site is blocked from our index because it violates our quality guidelines, we may alert you about this using Webmaster Tools.

At first you must update your site daily, maybe it is sandbox Effect for your site. Had you done something which is unfriend with Google?

Try at first to find out how you violated their quality guidelines. Check for html errors and broken links. W3 site validation is where I would start with if you are 100% for sure you did not use any Black Hat Seo techniques and that is the reason why you maybe got banned.
Don't have link handy but searching google for it will get you there really quick. the service is free.
Then after you fixed all problems and errors ask Google for reconsideration. If I'm not mistaken, so you can do that through google webmaster tools too. This process might take a few weeks. But make sure you really will follow google's quality guidelines.

    Good Luck
