i tried to use cpalead on 3 of my proxies but in very short time traffic became much lower than the others without it so i gave it up. i really cannot understand how people would complete surveys to access a rpoxy website when there are so many options...
I do run CPALead on a couple of proxies, and yes visitors fill in surveys or send me money by PayPal. You can give people the choice between surveys and PayPal donation. About 90% of visitors willing to give something in exchange for my proxies fill in surveys, but I have also received about 5 PayPal donations.
teenagers are also really weak for 'Free Iphone' CPA leads, just try them. You'll get a few conversions for every 1000 visitors.
