Google Affiliate Network

I'm wondering if Google will let it fall apart like they did with KNOL and Google Checkout....

 

I've heard about Google Affiliate Network but I've never heard of anyone using it. The good ones that I know of are MaxBounty, CJ, CPALead and EWA.

 

does anyone here who has a successful story on GAN?

 

CJ is horrible, and going down the tubes, they even now are charging accounts that dont make payout $10 till they suck all the funds for themselves.

 

It's probably me, but I have problems finding merchants using the search function on Google's Affiliate Network. Spent 15 minutes to find merchants with cpc of less than $1USD, then checking the sites learned most of them are competing with the affiliates. Not a good thing. Oh well, you win some and you lose some - this is one I'll watch from a distance.

 

I got in the network a few months ago, but I still have not figured out the best way to use it.

I also tried Google Affiliate Program but with no luck, I also have no luck with adsense... I think Google hates me... LOL):-
